She established McGill Hospitality in 2015 and today, the firm represents 20 world-class manufacturers.

A recent graduate of the University of San Francisco with a BS in Business Hospitality and a minor in Spanish. Chef Joseph Humphrey, with over 25 years of experience in the Bay Area, is renowned for his culinary approach that honors local, sustainable, and organic sources, reflecting a signature style inspired by global food cultures with a focus on French influences. He founded Humphrey Hospitality, a consulting firm offering expertise in kitchen design, menu development, and mentorship, and has worked with notable establishments like the Hotel Jerome and San Francisco's Bearing West and Ofena.
